Overall, after all corrections, I would reorder. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly and willing to correct the problems to the best of their ability. The problems I encountered will not prevent me from reordering as I was well satisfied with the resolution process. Thanks for your assistance.

Surprised to have nothing broken, chipped, etc. - better than in most stores!
