I just wanted to compliment you on outstanding customer satisfaction. Recently there have been new grandchildren in our family and I have ordered gifts on the internet...your company shines above all the rest and you should be quite pleased with your service and attention to detail. The Precious Moment that I ordered for my son and his wife was for their new son, Christopher Chance, and when they received it they were absolutely THRILLED. They said you did a marvelous job of getting his whole name on the item...I was tempted when I ordered it to take Chance off but couldn't figure out how to do it...kudos to whoever did the writing. I will be back...you did not charge for gift wrap, you gave me a discount, and I received free shipping...you could not do much better than that...what a great company! BTW..grandson was born April 24th at 1 lb 1 ou...and is now 2 lb 2 ou so this was a REALLY important gift...thank you for doing such a great service!
