Second in a continuing series of railroad cars to coordinate with "Rickety Railroad Station" and "Haunted Rails Engine & Coal Car". Only the bravest of passengers would dare enter the no. 13 dining car. Broken out windows, tattered curtains, and the dilapidated railings give indication to the type of meal served inside. Like the coordinating engine (Haunted Rails Engine & Coal Car), we find this car also includes a lit spooky jack-o-lantern. Note the spider web detailing sculpted into the side of the car. Includes Snow Village Halloween 10th Anniversary bottom stamp. Lit with LED lights, the dining car includes a small power cord that conveniently connects to "Haunted Rails Engine and Coal Car". The power jack on the back end will accommodate the power cord from the next car, which will be introduced for 2010 (new car is available now, item 808992 - Haunted Rails Passenger Car). IMPORTANT: Because it is intended to plug into the Engine, no power cord is included with the Dining Car

I just set this out as a centerpiece on my dining table for a Halloween Costume Dinner Party. The detail is wonderful and I love that it is lighted. Department 56 is the best!

This new Haunted Rails Passenger Car is #3 in the continuing series of train cars commemorating the Snow Village Halloween 10th Anniversary. Designed to be used with the "Haunted Rails Engine Car" and "Haunted Rails Dining Car". Includes attached cord with jack that plugs into 1 of the above cars, lighting the interior. Sleeper car is designed with skeleton motif and iconic jack-o-lantern wearing a nightcap.
