Spanish Fire and Spanish Passion (ref. 010.12467 and 010.12468) are a pair of flamenco dancers. What captures our attention in these pieces are the meticulously studied postures. The gres and enamels accentuate the dark tone of the skin, and the male dancer's naked torso provides an overall sense of naturalness to the piece.
