Composition that combines the classical shapes of a tender feminine motherhood with a square and abstract representation of trees and nature. She is a quiet and pale figure, with sweet perfect and calm face, dressed in a robe where all the pleats and wrinkles are marked through the porcelain, as if it were a robe of a classical greek goddess. The baby is sweet and calm, with very good face traits. Made of glazed porcelain with soft colours and at the same time intense enamels.
A new style of porcelain, shiny and with strong colours. Remarkable is to capture the unmistakable style of Modigliani in porcelain, by means of large volumes, new shapes, flat colours, almond eyes with no pupil, and elongated traits even in hands and the face oval. Inspired by some famous oil canvases by Amedeo Modigliani, this collection is an artistical interpretation from Lladro’s point of view

Exclusive piece to Privilege Gold members, within the children's stories collection. Based in the main character of the Lewis Carroll novel, our Alice is sitting in a princess-like fantasy armchair next to the White Rabbit. The story is told with multiple details on the piece: Alice wears a candid pale blue dress with apron and hairband, the Rabbit wears as an adult, the crown and hearts of the Queen at the backrest... These adventures are a metaphor for children's struggle to adapt to the strange rules and behaviors of adults.
A big size piece in an unusual style for Lladro, depicting Anubis, the god from Ancient Egypt. It is a replica of the one in the Egyptian Museum founded in King Tutankhamen Tomb guarding his mummy. Anubis is the Greek name for a jackal-headed god associated with mummification and the afterlife in Egyptian mythology. The Anubis black colour was not a sorrowful and fearful colour in Ancient Egypt, but rather a fertility and prosperity colour, since the black soil left by the river helped good crops.
2009 Annual Privilege Piece This young lady goes back to the most stylized and elongated canon of the brand, and is probably one of the most delicate. Remarkable are her thin arms, small long hands and fingers and tiny feet but well solved in all her traits (ankle, heel, toes¿). The handmade flowers are a new kind of modelled petals (violets) and intense colour, which attracts the attention to the detail. Her silhouette and figure are slender, tall, young, as some idealized aspiration of the femenine beauty.

This cute and funny piece shows a green and white frog with a golden crown topped with a red velvet cup, resting on an elegant cushion as if it were the throne of a real king. The cushion is soft red with damask drappings and haberdashery tassel in purple colour (a traditional royal distinctive). A popular phrase related to this character is, "You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your handsome prince." It is used to encourage women who have romance troubles.
