Great product, poor packing

The Department 56 item was nice but it was shipped in a envelope unprotected and the box and styrofoam was crushed on all four corners. Anyone who collects these know that condition of box is important in value and resale. Should have been shipped inside a box not a plastic envelope. I've purchase from this company before without any problems, quite disappointed with this purchase.
